Demo requests
When you request a demo we process your name, business email, company, optional website, country, what you want to sell, your optional message and your consent. Purpose: answering your request and preparing the demo. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Retention
Demo requests are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact and then deleted, unless a contract follows.
Security & spam protection
We store a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting and spam protection; the IP address itself is not stored.
Analytics
Optional analytics only run after your consent. Form contents such as name or email are never sent to analytics tools.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to [email protected].
